Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
